1. About GoldRush

GoldRush is a creator network for TikTok LIVE creators. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Membership and approval

Anyone may apply to join. Membership is granted at our discretion after review. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove an account at any time, including for breaking these Terms or TikTok's own rules.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, TikTok username, contact details) and for keeping your password secure. You must be old enough to use TikTok in your country.

4. Campaigns and battles

Campaigns, leaderboards, and battles are offered subject to their own rules and prizes as described. Taking part is voluntary. We may change, pause, or cancel a campaign. Prizes are awarded as described in each campaign and may require verification.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. By using tools we provide (such as the battle poster maker), you confirm you have the right to use any photos you upload.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, abusive, or against TikTok's community guidelines. We may remove content or accounts that do.

7. No guarantee of results

We support your growth but do not guarantee any specific level of followers, gifts, diamonds, or earnings. Calculators and estimates are illustrative only.

8. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
